Conclusion of contracts

Based on paragraph 5 of Article 15-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Electric Power Industry", the operator of the centralized trading market (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) annually organizes and conducts centralized auctions of electric capacity for the upcoming calendar year in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body.

The operator provides a service for the organization and conduct of centralized trading of electric capacity to a single buyer and market participants on a contractual basis.

In order to ensure the holding of centralized electric power auctions within the time limits stipulated by the legislation in the field of electric power industry and to obtain admission to participate in centralized electric power auctions, the Operator begins concluding participation agreements in the centralized electric power trading market with energy-producing organizations.

We ask you to ensure the conclusion of a contract and payment for the Operator's services in organizing and conducting centralized trading on the electric power market.

In order to conclude a contract, you must:
1. Register in the database of the trading system as a bidder, for which you need to go to the official online resource of the Operator's trading system to register online at the link https://power.korem.kz;

2. When registering in the trading system, you must specify the name of the legal entity, the actual and legal address, the initials of the bidder, the e-mail address of the bidder, and create a password to log into the personal account of the bidder.;

3. After logging into your personal account using the e-mail address of the bidder, which is the identifier for logging into the trading system and the generated password, upload the following documents:

• a copy of the Charter;
• a copy of the certificate of state registration/re-registration of a legal entity;
• a copy of the decision of the relevant body of the legal entity on the appointment of the first head;
• power of attorney for a representative (if the representation of interests is not carried out by the first head);
• information about the details of the legal entity (bank details, contact phone numbers, email address of the legal entity).
  
  After checking the uploaded documents for compliance with the requirements, the operator will send to your email address a draft contract for signing and an invoice for payment.

Please note that your company will be allowed to participate in centralized trading of electric capacity only if a contract for participation in the centralized trading market is concluded with the Operator and timely payment is made for the organization and conduct of centralized trading of electric capacity.
