The hero of the heading «Acquaintance with colleagues» this week will be Aitbayev Arman Ablaevich.

My name is Aitbayev Arman Abayevich. I have been working at JSC «KOREM» since December 2015. I liked the company right away, a kind and responsive team, they will always help and tell me if there were any questions about work. A pleasant microclimate, which is important for working in a team. I also can't help but note the support of the management, namely: Participation in sports contests (including field ones), holding various team building events for team building, various types of competitions between energy companies (volleyball, bowling). However, the pandemic has made its own adjustments. Now the society is already moving away from the consequences of the pandemic and I would like to resume this kind of competition.

 Working at JSC «KOREM», I created a family. I have two sons, Zhangirkhan and Arystan. I like working here, this year it will be 7 years since I got a job at JSC «KOREM». Over the years, the staff has changed a lot, many of whom I started working with are already working in other companies, but we always keep in touch. There are a lot of new faces in the company now, but it doesn't matter, new people, new acquaintances, new communication. New acquaintances are always good.

 In my free time, I really like to spend time in nature, I go fishing, my wife supports me in this. Sometimes we go out as a family. Children also really like it. At the end of a short story about myself, I want to wish our company all the best, the realization of its goals, success, prosperity. Good health, prosperity, success and advancement to all of us.
