I, Aigerim Rysdauletova, joined our company «KOREM» JSC in 2016, having graduated from the Saken Seifullin Agrarian and Technical University, having received a diploma in electric power engineering. It was here that I began my main path as a specialist, began to learn, develop and learn from my older comrades.

I have been working in the company for the 6th year, and during this time a huge transformation happened to me: both personally and professionally.

In 2019, I was a speaker at a seminar on the topic «Power Market», which was held by the trade union of our society for all subjects of the electricity market.

The company also pays attention to young professionals, sending employees to advanced training courses (seminars) to acquire new professional skills and knowledge that allow them to maintain, expand, deepen and improve previously acquired professional knowledge. In 2018, I took part in a meeting of participants of the common electric power market of the Eurasian Economic Union, which was held in Moscow, with a mentor in the person of Yerzhan Galizhanovich. This was my first and, as it turned out, not the last trip abroad, which filled me with both cultural and professional knowledge. In 2019, I was also lucky enough to represent our company in a seminar on net consumption systems in the Republic of Armenia. KOREM gives me the opportunity to develop in the professional field, to solve problems of different profiles and levels of complexity.

I like that in Society you can find a very different application of your skills at different stages of life, there is always an opportunity for growth and expansion of areas of responsibility, interesting tasks appear.

The company instills in its employees a sporty and collective spirit. Before the epidemiological situation in the country, the society held various sports events that helped to keep the body in good shape and discharge after hard working days.

Our hobbies and hobbies reveal our inner world. In my free time I go to the gym, do knitting, knit cardigans, slippers, blankets. In general, I think that a person should always be on the move, learning something new, looking for new knowledge.

Today I am a happy wife and a wonderful mother of a little princess- Aydaria.

KOREM provides enough opportunities for professional development and growth, both vertical and horizontal. You just need to be able to take advantage of these chances correctly and in time! I would like to separately note the work and contribution of Aknur Abikovna, who will always give the right direction and support in any endeavor.
