Hello colleagues, I am Bizhanova Almagul from the Administrative Department! I got a job at «KOREM» JSC on April 21, 2021 by invitation to the position of clerk. I am happy with my choice, because the sphere of activity of the Society was new and interesting.
I would like to say a few words about the profession of an HR specialist or HR service. The profession of a personnel officer is significant and important in the activities of any company. The human resources inspector is not only engaged in the selection of personnel for the company, but also maintains a large volume of documentation. Personnel documentation includes all orders, contracts, notifications, additional agreements, regulations, etc. for employees of the enterprise. Also, the duties of a personnel specialist include all constituent documents, military registration, orders for the main staff and much more. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. I think I've found something to my liking. I like to communicate with people, work with documents. After all, working in this profession, you unwittingly develop attentiveness, responsibility and vigilance.
It's always interesting to learn something new. I am a mother of three children, our youngest went to the first grade this year and now all my children are schoolchildren. So free time for the mother of three schoolchildren is a luxury. But when I get such an opportunity, I like to read, listen to music, watch a good movie, devote time to myself. Also, always for active recreation (going out into nature, walking in the woods, skating, roller coasters, etc.). After all, such outings well ventilate the brain and leave a memorable feeling that warms the soul on gloomy days.
I wish all my colleagues to be healthy, keep their spirits up and be positive! Also monitor your health and strengthen your immune system!
