About changing the captcha security mechanism and using browsers when participating in centralized auctions
Dear participants of centralized auctions!
As we previously informed You, JSC "KOREM" continues to work on ensuring the information security of the Trading system during centralized electricity trading for the medium and long-term periods.
JSC "KOREM" carries out on a permanent basis the analysis of the conducted auctions, as a result of which the protective mechanism of captcha is changed in the form of submitting applications for the purchase/sale of electric energy. At this stage we started using Latin letters and numbers with a total of 5 characters.
We also recommend you before each entry into the electronic trading system.:
- unload the computer RAM from other processes while participating in the auction;
- check for a stable internet connection;
- enter account details into the Trading system (e-mail and password) using the keyboard;
- to use the current (updated) versions of the following Internet browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge;
- clear your Internet browser history (images and other files saved in the cache);
- open the trading system in the Internet browser and enter your identifier in one tab;
- do not use third-party software for automatic submission of orders to the Trading system;
- use antivirus software with updated virus signature databases.
