Due to becoming effective of the Order No. 228 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of June 27, 2019 "On introduction of amendments and additions in the order No. 466 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of December 21, 2017 "On approval of the Rules of organizing and holding auction, including qualification requirements for auction participants, the content and procedure for submitting applications, types of financial guarantee for participation in auction and conditions of their deposit and return, the procedure for summing up the results and determining the winner", the Methodology guidelines on organizing and holding auction have been approved in new wording.
