JSC «KOREM» in accordance with the new draft «Rules for the organization of centralized trading of electric energy» (hereinafter – the Rules) has developed software for the organization and conduct of centralized trading of electric energy.

In this regard, on June 9 of this year, JSC «KOREM» plans to conduct pilot centralized trading of electric energy in simulation mode (hereinafter referred to as simulation trading).

Simulation trades will be held in 2 (two) trading sessions:

1. from 11:30 to 12:00h. - for digital miners (Astana time);
2. from 15:30 to 16:00h. - for energy-producing organizations (according to Astana time).

The subjects of the WEM participate in centralized electric energy auctions - digital miners and energy-producing organizations, with the exception of CHP and energy-producing organizations that have concluded investment agreements.

In order to ensure full involvement of subjects of the wholesale electricity market in the simulation bidding, we ask:

- get acquainted with the draft of the new Rules;

- https://tradez-test.korem.kz  register via the link no later than 10:00 a.m. (Astana time) on June 8, 2023;

- after registration, on June 8, 2023, take part in the planned video conference of JSC «KOREM» on the use of software.
