JSC “Kazakhstan Electricity and Capacity Market Operator”, acting as the organizer of the auction, hereby informs that on November 24, 2025, a meeting of the Commission for making decisions related to the organization and conduct of the auction for the construction of newly commissioned generation units with a flexible generation mode (hereinafter – the Commission) was held at the site of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

After reviewing the documents submitted by applicants for participation in the auction, the Commission decided to authorize the following companies to be registered in the electronic system of the auction organizer:

1. LLP Green Era company;

2. LLP Fortech Industry;

3. LLP Aksa Shymkent Energy.

As a reminder, in accordance with the Auction Schedule for 2025, approved by Order No. 237-н/қ of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2025, the auction for the construction of combined-cycle power plants in the cities of Astana and Shymkent, each with a capacity of 500 MW, will be held on December 15, 2025, at 09:00 and 15:00.

JSC “Kazakhstan Electricity and Capacity Market Operator” invites the above-mentioned companies to register in the electronic system of the auction organizer.
