JSC «KOREM» took part in the annual job fair for graduates of the Faculty of Energy
On April 3, 2024 at the «S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University» KATRU of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the University) a «Job Fair» was held, organized by the Energy Faculty of the University.
The purpose of the fair is to assist future graduates in finding employment.
The event was attended by students, graduates and potential employers in the field of energy and thermal power engineering of Astana and Akmola region.
Employees of JSC «Kazakhstan Electric Energy and Capacity Market Operator» also took part in this event.
The Dean of the Faculty of Energy, S.S. Isenov, made a welcoming speech, thanking the participants for their interest and introducing all the representatives and organizers of the event.
In turn, the director of the Department of Analytics and project management of JSC «KOREM» Abai Mukhtarovich Shangitbayev shared his extensive experience in the electric power industry and spoke about the tasks and functions of the company, about the digital integrated platform solutions being created for projects for the development of the electric power industry and increasing human resources in the industry. He also noted that the majority of the Company's employees are young people, including graduates of the Agrotechnical University.
It is worth noting that in 2023, according to the youth practice of JSC «KOREM», 9 interns were accepted for internship, of these, 4 employees have been accepted into the Company's staff, employed in a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 1 employee. Also, for other (public) works, 4 employees were accepted, who, having shown themselves on the positive side, were accepted into the staff of the Company.
