On April 19, 2023, compliance officer Baymuratuly Bulat held a seminar for the Company's employees on explaining the II stage of universal declaration at the site of JSC «KOREM».

It should be noted that since January 1, 2023, the second stage of universal declaration has begun. The second stage of universal declaration implies the provision of a declaration by employees of state institutions, as well as subjects of the quasi-public sector and their spouses.

JSC «KOREM» being a quasi-public sector entity is subject to universal declaration. In this regard, the Company's employees have been submitting an initial declaration on form 250 since this year, indicating all the information as of December 31, 2022. 

The declaration of assets and liabilities (Form 250) is submitted at the place of residence (stay), in the following terms:

1) in case of paper submission – no later than July 15 of the year following the reporting calendar year (until July 15, 2023);

2) in case of submission in electronic form – no later than September 15 of the year following the reporting calendar year (until September 15, 2023).

During the meeting, the compliance officer also explained the ways of submitting the declaration, showed a training video of the submission of the primary declaration form 250 and noted that administrative responsibility is provided for failure to submit the declaration.

The staff received exhaustive answers to all the questions arising during the seminar.
