In accordance with subparagraph 79) Paragraph 1 of Article 1 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a collective agreement is a legal act in the form of a written agreement between a team of employees and an employer regulating social and labor relations in an organization.

In order to update the collective agreement of JSC «KOREM», a Commission was established to conduct collective negotiations and prepare a draft Collective agreement of the Company. The commission included representatives of the employer and employees, while the interests of employees were represented by members of the committee of the NGO «Local Professional Union of Employees of the Joint Stock Company «KOREM».

As a result of the work of the Commission, on October 14, 2022, a Collective agreement was approved and concluded between JSC «Kazakhstan Operator of the Electric Energy and Capacity Market» and its workforce for 2022-2027 in a new edition

The collective agreement contains all the necessary provisions defining the principles of differentiation of rights and obligations, respect for the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, aimed at ensuring the effective work of the Company as a whole.

Also, the collective agreement provides for all new changes regarding the issues of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
