Interaction with stakeholders as a factor in improving the efficiency of universities
At the site of JSC «KOREM», a meeting was held with the Vice-rector for Scientific and Innovative Activities of the Almaty University of Energy and Communications named after G. Daukeev, Almaz Abzhalelovich Saukhimov.
AUES is one of the key universities in Kazakhstan, which trains highly qualified specialists in energy, telecommunications and IT technologies throughout the Central Asian region.
During the meeting, the issues of increasing the personnel potential of the industry, the need for personnel and their training were discussed.
Special attention is paid to the issue of creating an Expert Committee on Education and Science in the field of electric power industry on the basis of AUES, at the Branch Center of Technological Competencies of JSC «KOREM».
The Branch Center of Technological Competencies (OCTC) in the field of electric power industry of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established on behalf of the Head of State on the basis of JSC «KOREM», according to the Order of the Minister No. 253 dated 02.08.2021.
Within the framework of the project, it is planned to develop proposals for the interaction of the AUE with energy enterprises, with scientific organizations and development institutes, the need to build a systematic program aimed at increasing human resources and training highly qualified personnel in the electric power industry.
