An online seminar was organized for newly hired employees of «KOREM» JSC, conducted by a compliance officer and an employee of the administrative department. The main topics of the meeting included discussion of the anti-corruption compliance program, compliance culture and ethics in the company, as well as work with the «E-Otinish» system — a single platform for receiving and processing all citizens' requests.

The seminar was opened by compliance officer Bulat Baymuratuly, notifying about the conduct and observance of anti-corruption activities in the Company. The compliance officer spoke about the institute's regulations and the history of compliance formation, and also noted the main tasks aimed at forming and supporting corporate ethics, ensuring transparency and compliance with anti-corruption standards.

The second part of the seminar was conducted by the manager of the clerk of the administrative department, Elvira Yeradil, introduced the staff to the «E-Otinish» system. The specialist told how the unified platform for receiving and processing applications functions, what its capabilities are and what tasks it solves to ensure effective interaction with citizens. She also elaborated on the step-by-step instruction on how to use the system.

The seminar contributed to the creation of a clear understanding among new employees of the importance of compliance culture, business ethics and effective use of the «E-Otinish» system to strengthen trust on the part of citizens and society.
