Chairman of the Board of JSC «KOREM» Rakhimov K.B., held a personal reception of citizens
On December 7, 2022, the Chairman of the Board of JSC «KOREM» Rakhimov K.B., as part of the schedule of reception of citizens, held a meeting with a researcher of the Center for Eastern European International Studies (ZOiS) in Berlin, with V. Krusmann.
At the reception, questions were raised about the activities of «KOREM» JSC, the role in promoting renewable energy sources, the rules and procedure for participating in auctions for the selection of renewable energy projects, as well as environmental and climatic considerations applied to renewable energy sources in Kazakhstan.
During this meeting, the main advantages of the Company were explained in detail:
- on the organization of centralized bidding for medium-long-term periods of electric energy supply;
- spot trading in the «Оne day ahead» mode, the history and stages of its development;
- bidding procedures and pricing mechanisms.
During the reception, the rules and procedures of the auction were explained in detail, and comprehensive answers to all questions were given.
